"Five of my friends and I went there in our personal car. It is a beautiful resort. We arrived at Mandarmani at about 6 o'clock in the evening.
The hotel manager is very good. We had lots of fun in the resort. Thanks to all the resort staff. We plan to go there every year."

"We went there by bus early in the morning on Saturday. It took us 4 to 5 hours by bus. Then we took a taxi. It was 15 km more to the hotel, that took us 30 more minutes. We knew of only one hotel, Sana Beach, that was supposed to be the best one there, but we decided to go there only because it was close to the sea and our friend told us that it would cost us approximately 500 Rs per person (approximately 12 US $, 353 Russian Rub). But when we arrived we found the charge was 2400 Rs (approximately 56 US $, 1694 Russian RUB) for 2 people, That was the cheapest in the hotel and all those rooms were already booked. There were rooms available for 3000 Rs and more. We didn't want to spend a lot of money for a hotel room. So we started thinking about finding another hotel. We were told that it would be impossible to find something cheaper, but we decided to try. And we were right, we found one good hotel, the next after Sana Beach, so it was also close to the sea, but the charge per person per night was 200 Rs (5 US $, 141 Russian RUB), and for 250 Rs. it was possible to order lunch, dinner (like it is usual for the Indian people, at 22.00 pm), snack (was at 19.00 pm) and breakfast, tea at any time. ;))) it was nice to find this place. ;)))
So we enjoyed our trip a lot. The sea was very clean and nice. It was not overcrowded at all, just a few people on the beach...
It was very good, it was worth visiting even though the trip by bus was very tiring. But it gave us a chance to experience this trip like local people!!! I like traveling like that!!! ;))) I advise you to experience it if you are in Kolkata as soon as possible!
